My name is Gonzalo, played by me, a non published author and lawyer. I find myself in a fantastic Alice in Wonderland experience when my daily, uninspired life literally begun to unravel. I was thrown into crisis, questioning the fundamental premises of my life? that the reality I had believed in about how humans are, how relationships with others should be, dating, mating and how my emotions were affecting my work isn't reality at all!

72 Reasons To Read This

Weekly Consciousness Tune-Up

72 Reasons To Read This
This week’s Zohar portion reveals the hidden code within the Bible that is the 72 Names of God. I think now is the perfect time to forge a deeper understanding of the Names and exactly how you can work with them in your life.

‘The eyes are the windows of the Soul….’

When kabbalists refer to God, they often speak not of a human form or of an entity of any kind. Instead, they refer to the Light which emanates from the Creator. Kabbalah teaches that different aspects of this Light can be accessed directly through visualizing specific combinations of the letters of the Aramaic alphabet.

Enter The 72 Names of God.

The 72 Names are not names in the traditional sense. They are 72, three Aramaic letter sequences that act like an index to specific spiritual frequencies. By simply looking at the letters, as well as closing your eyes and visualizing them, you can connect with these frequencies.
To use a physical metaphor to describe what takes place when using the 72 Names, let’s compare a Name to a tuning fork (a tool used to establish a precise pitch). When we bring a vibrating tuning fork close to another tuning fork that is not vibrating, the second fork will start to vibrate by a phenomenon called ‘sympathetic transference.’

In other words, the 72 Names work as tuning forks to fix or repair yourself on the level of the Soul. It means, practically speaking, that you don't have to go through some of the more physically demanding tests in life if you tune your body and soul into the spiritual frequencies surrounding you.

If you’re really serious about your spiritual work, you reach a certain point where you realize you can’t do it on your own. Because the changes you’re striving for originate in the metaphysical realm, you need metaphysical tools to connect.

The 72 Names is one of the most powerful metaphysical tools available. It wasn’t always available. For centuries, it was known only to holy men and prophets. Perhaps this week we can all deepen our appreciation for what the Names are, and we can use them for their intended purpose.

To help with this, I recommend checking out the free resources on
